Can I send a broken Apple device?+
Yes. We accept old, unused and broken Apple devices. If you’re unsure about the condition of your device or how to pack it, contact us before sending it.
Is recycling free?+
Prepaid courier labels are currently free. Recycling boxes have a charge and include a prepaid return label. If you arrange your own courier, you cover that delivery cost. Check your chosen option for the latest pricing.
What should I do with my data?+
Back up any information you want to keep, then sign out of iCloud, iTunes and the App Store before sending your device. Contact us if you need help preparing it.
What happens to my device?+
Once it arrives, we assess your device. Depending on its condition, it may be refurbished, used for parts, or recycled to recover materials.
